Lauren Pace is a dedicated recruiting and client relations professional with a strong background in insurance, healthcare management, and business operations. She holds a General Studies degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, with concentrations in psychology and business management.
Lauren built her early career as an insurance producer before expanding into healthcare and apartment property management. For several years she has specialized in recruiting, leveraging her natural talent for event planning, relationship building, and connecting people with fulfilling opportunities.
Lauren is deeply passionate about helping financial advisors succeed so they can better protect and grow their clients’ assets. She is the proud mother of her daughter Margot, and actively supports JDRF (in honor of her brother who lives with Juvenile Diabetes) and the Epilepsy Foundation. She is grateful to work alongside her family and a team of exceptional advisors every day.
